What to Expect Your responsibilities will include: Content Creation: Write, edit, and distribute internal communications materials, including newsletters, intranet articles, leadership messages, and event announcements. Campaign Management: Develop and implement communication campaigns that align with company objectives and reinforce company culture. Employee Engagement: Create and execute initiatives to drive employee engagement and morale, such as employee recognition programmes, pulse surveys, and interactive events. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, HR, and department leads to ensure consistent messaging across the organisation and support key initiatives. Intranet and Digital Channels: Maintain and update the company intranet (SharePoint), ensuring information is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible.
Utilise other digital channels for targeted communications. Feedback & Analytics: Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, and informal discussions to evaluate communication effectiveness and adapt strategies as necessary.
