This role is ideal for someone who works well both individually and as part of a team, with a go getter attitude and a keen eye for detail to communicate with confidence across our diverse, multi-site workforce.
Key Tasks Maintain the company's internal communication tools, ensuring they are up to date, user friendly, and aligned with the company goals and values.
Update the content calendar to ensure all internal communications are timely and relevant.
Collaborate with internal departments to develop content across various channels including print, video and podcasts.
Collate and interpret data by gathering audience feedback to refine strategies where appropriate.
Confident in developing internal communication from scratch, ensuring the use of company brand guidelines and tone of voice.
What are we looking for?
