Internal Communication Specialist

Working in our People Experience team and reporting to the Internal Communications and Engagement Lead, this role supports the promotionour story internally, ensuring that information is conveyed in an engaging and compelling way, using multiple channels and across all teams within the business.
The overall objective of this role is to engage all employees within MO by sourcing, creating, and delivering news and updates to enable them to do their best work.
Responsibilities: Collect and create content from all departments across business and develop 'reporter style' relationship with key stakeholders.
Manage content shared on MO's digital channels by ensuring news stories are timely, relevant and reflect what's going on across the business.
Support the delivery of face-to-face internal communication events such as employee roadshows, networking events, celebration days, conferences.
Support the delivery of the internal communications channel strategy to create greater engagement with MOConnect (MO's intranet), to support the ambition of MOConnect becoming the 'go-to' communications source.
Design and deliver creative communications content across several channels including videos, webinars, podcasts, articles, and blogs.
Ensure the internal communications calendar is always up to date and shared with relevant stakeholders.
Act as an internal reporter within MO, seeking out stories and building relationships across the business.

You are a highly organised individual and possess the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
You are focussed on attention to detail and time management.
Minimum Criteria Previous experience of creating and managing communications content preferably on digital channels Demonstrable experience of running successful internal communications campaigns.
A keen eye for detail and excellent writing and editing skills.
Ability to work effectively with many different internal stakeholders.
