Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyse large data sets, identify discrepancies, and produce high-quality financial analysis.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to deliver clear, persuasive reports and liaise confidently with stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive mindset to own challenges and deliver practical solutions.
Collaborative Approach: Experience working across finance, commercial, and procurement teams, as well as with external auditors and subcontractors.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in reviewing contracts, policies, and financial data.
