About the Role This role focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients.
As an Internal Account Manager, youll work closely with law firms, primarily through phone and email, to provide online demonstrations, training, and support for our platform's features and functionalities.
Your goal will be to ensure clients are confident in using our services while identifying opportunities to introduce additional products that meet their needs.
Youll also keep clients informed of any updates, pricing adjustments, or new services, and ensure they are fully supported.
Weekly reporting will play a crucial part in your role, allowing you to update management on client interactions, service and product upsells, and any notable trends in client spending.
By analysing internal reports, youll identify patterns or changes in user activity and take action to retain and enhance each clients experience with us.

About You We seek someone with a background in Customer Service, Sales, or Telesales, ideally within the Property or Legal sector.
Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential to keep performance on track, along with the confidence to work proactively and hit targets.
You should be comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office, and able to communicate clearly and enthusiastically.
