Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor | £46,000 + Bonus You will be working for a multidisciplinary consultancy with teams of Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors & Structural Engineers.
They specialise in high end residential projects from new build housing developments to refurbishment projects.
The team is growing and the company has an exciting expansion plan in place.
Reporting directly to the senior QS, the successful candidate will be required to: Prepare budget estimates and elemental cost plans Produce Schedule of Works / Bill of Quantities Produce contractors' tender returns and detailed cost estimates Contract administration, valuations, final account process.
Ideally you will have 2+ years post graduate residential sector experience and a desire to work towards MRICS or MCIOB chartered status.
