Leading UK Real Estate Developer - Mid-level Graphic Designer - up to £45,000 - ASAP Start - 6 month FTC - Potential to go permanent - East London* A key hire that sits within a team of 3 within Interiors and then sits within the wider marketing function, my client specialises in mid-high end residential developments across London, you'll be covering 5 of these developments!
A Brief Overview This role combines the efficient and functional use of space with an understanding of aesthetics together with the capability to produce the required presentations to convey the scheme.
To co-ordinate all interior design information on projects from inception to completion supporting the project management team, wider marketing team and design team.
Interior and spatial design, which will involve the design or renovation of internal spaces, including structural alterations, furnishings, fixtures and fittings, lighting and colour schemes.
Working alongside the interior design team in delivering proposals for show apartments and concepts and manage collateral CGI production for Brochures.
