Interim Social Media Communications Manager - £40 per Hour (Umbrella) - 3 Month Contract - Jan Start - Southwest London (hybrid 2 days in the office) Job Description: A leading global B2B manufacturing company is seeking a creative and strategic mind to own and lead its social media presence and drive its overall internal and external communications strategy.
This role is based in London and will report directly to a senior executive, working within a creative environment with global design and brand identity teams.

Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the company's social media and communications strategy across all platforms, from ideation to execution.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, consistent, and engaging content – text, images, infographics, videos, reels, podcasts, etc.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, from concept to post-campaign analysis.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Engage directly with followers, responding to comments and messages, and building a community on external (primarily Instagram) and internal global platforms.
Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a social media and communications manager or similar role.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
Budget management experience.
Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to generate and execute ideas.
