Interim Senior Legal Counsel

We are recruiting for a Interim Senior Legal Counsel to join a leading organisation in the food and drinks industry on a 3-month interim basis , based in London .
This role offers the chance to provide critical legal support while the company hires for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice across corporate processes, including intellectual property, compliance, and contracts.
Draft, review, and manage agreements to protect the company's interests.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
Advise executives on a range of legal topics and mitigate risks.
Build trust with external stakeholders, including regulators and external counsel.
Key Requirements: Qualified lawyer with a law degree and 5+ years PQE from an international law firm.
Strong background in commercial law, including IP, licensing, and corporate transactions.
Commercially minded, solution-focused, and adept at managing projects independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Exposure to the food and drink industry is a distinct advantage.
