We are seeking a proactive professional to bridge commercial and laboratory operations, leading exciting projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Proven project management experience within life sciences, ideally in in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), pharmaceuticals, or clinical trials.
Familiarity with IVDR processes and regulations in the UK and Europe.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong presentation skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2) are desirable.
Key Responsibilities Managing the logistics of resources, staff, and materials for lab projects.
Aligning IVDR and ISO compliance processes in collaboration with regulatory and quality teams.
Developing comprehensive project plans using Microsoft Project.
Organising and leading regular project meetings to track milestones, resources, and budgets.
Presenting updates, identifying challenges, and proposing solutions to senior leadership.
Ensuring operational readiness to enable seamless project transitions.
