Interim PE CFO Insurance Manchester 12 months £1500 per day OR £200,000 NT006 A large cap PE fund is looking for a CFO for one of their Financial Services assets based in Northwest of England.
With a healthy EBITDA of £20ml and looking to grow to £25-£30ml in the next 12 months before an event, they are looking for this CFO to be instrumental in supporting the growth whilst looking at processes which can be automated or fixed.
Role: Looking for a seasoned CFO with experience of working directly with PE investors and supporting the management team with the ongoing growth Look at opportunities to automate and make processes more efficient Oversee the day to day running of the finance function Ability to create value and help with strategic decision making in the business Experience of working with potential new buyers, PE and Trade and able to hold those conversations Experience of running an exit process Experience: Prior PE experience Financial Services experience Exit experience
