We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim Manager to lead one of our clients elderly nursing homes in Surrey.
This contract position is ideal for a seasoned Interim Manager with expertise in operational turnaround and CQC compliance.
Core Objectives - Drive operational excellence and quality improvement - Ensure full CQC compliance and exceptional care standards - Implement effective turnaround strategies - Strengthen stakeholder relationships Key Responsibilities - Provide strategic leadership to deliver high-quality care that exceeds CQC standards - Design and execute comprehensive turnaround initiatives to enhance operational and financial performance - Establish robust audit frameworks to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations - Build and nurture relationships with residents, families, staff, and key stakeholders - Lead and mentor nursing and care teams to create a positive, collaborative culture - Monitor and improve service delivery standards across all departments Required Qualifications & Experience - Proven track record in nursing home management - Comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks - Demonstrated success in health care facility turnaround projects - Outstanding leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities under pressure - Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships - Ability to meet demanding deadlines while maintaining high standards Additional Information This is a contract position focused on delivering meaningful improvements in: - Operational efficiency - Care quality standards - Regulatory compliance - Staff engagement and development - Service user satisfaction Qualified candidates should demonstrate a passion for elderly care and a proven ability to lead positive organisational change.
