Interim Management Consultant/Analyst

My Consultancy client is about to embark on preparing an investment case for their client and requires a Consultant to support them on a gap assessment task.
This may lead to a longer term contract to support these initiatives.
Responsibilities - Support gap assessments of processes and operating models to establish a baseline Shadow a couple of client side analysts to identify strengths and weaknesses Run and analyze analysts survey data Required Skills Skilled in process mapping (ideally tech or IT-enabled processes) Preparing PowerPoint presentations on gap analysis Performing comprehensive Excel-based analysis 1-2 years experience within a Consultancy environment Preferred Skills Experience in back office banking or insurance would be helpful but not essential
