Interim M&A Lead

HW Interim Solutions is partnering with a professional services organisation to appoint an Interim M&A Lead.
In this role, you will play an instrumental part in supporting M&A transactions, leveraging your expertise in financial due diligence, strategic analysis, and project management.
As M&A Lead you will lead and execute the financial due diligence process, collaborating closely with the Deal Advisory team to deliver comprehensive financial analysis and actionable insights.
You will work across multiple teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting for senior leadership and other key stakeholders, directly contributing to informed decision-making and smooth transaction execution.
The ideal candidate will be financially literate, adept at analysing and interpreting financial data, and experienced in M&A financial analysis and project management.
You possess a proven track record in delivering due diligence, conducting scenario analysis, and managing complex transactions to completion.
You are organised, proactive, and skilled at navigating tight deadlines and dynamic deal requirements, making you a key contributor to successful M&A transactions.
This role will be delivered on a Fixed Term Contract basis.
12-18 month contract, with the potential to turn permanent.
