Interim HR Business Partner, Derby Circa 3-6 months, FMCG, On-site working About Our Client PageGroup are delighted to support a large and successful FMCG organisation based in Derby with the appointment of a generalist interim HR Business Partner to join a busy manufacturing site.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully-office based.
This assignment will be circa 3-6 months, with possible scope for permanent.
Job Description This busy, fast-paced Interim HR Business Partner role will report to a Head of HR and oversee a small HR team of 2. You will be responsible for partnering with the management team at this busy food manufacturing site and supporting with all generalist people matters such as:Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to management within the business units. Manage and resolve high-volume and complex employee relations issues, conducting objective investigations when necessary (Unionised environment). Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Support with Recruitment on-site. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management. Identify training needs for business units. Up-skill and coach managers to deal with people matters effectively. Supervise and coach a small HR team of 2. Support the Head of HR with HR projects and initiatives. The Successful Applicant Ideal candidates for this assignment will be available at short notice and have a proven background in a similar role.
