Assess TUPE implications, legal compliance, and take a lead role in specialist areas of bid pricing.
Team Leadership and Development: Manage and develop a high-performing pricing team, enhancing their analytical and technical skills.
Lead and mentor team members in meeting facilitation, model improvement, and bid presentation techniques.
