This role is based in their Peterborough Head Office at the heart of a global and diverse multinational organisation.
Job Description AB Mauri has a network of Local Plants supplying a Global Dry Yeast Market.
The supply chain relies on high performing support from the Global Planning & NPD PM function.
The core purpose of this role is to: Manage and own a monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the Global Dry Yeast, Speciality Yeast, Inactive Yeast, Traded Goods and Retail Yeast business.
Identify risks and opportunities from the S&OP data and communicate these gaps; accordingly.
Manage all S&OP actions from this analysis.
Collaborate with other AB Mauri colleagues on functional leadership teams to design and implement functional toolkits.
Use the best practices from these toolkits to improve planning processes and ways of working used by Local Demand and Supply points.
Using Project Management Ways of Working to lead all GY&F Planning Change Activity, and line manage and develop the NPD Project Management Function for ABB and GYF.
The Successful Applicant Experience Demonstrable experience in supply chain management, ideally with expertise in demand planning, supply planning and S&OP.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
A proactive leader with a customer-focused mindset and a collaborative approach.
Proficiency in ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
Project management experience is a must.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

The client offer a hybrid working environment and the expectation is to be on-site c. 2-3 days pw.
