Interim Head of Occupational Health Location: Remote Contract: Temporary (4 or 5 days a week) Are you an experienced Occupational Health professional ready to lead and inspire?
We're seeking a motivated Head of Occupational Health to join our client's senior management team on a temporary basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive high-quality occupational health services and support a dedicated team.
This role can be carried out remotely.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day clinical management, ensuring service quality and consistency.
Lead and mentor clinical staff to achieve excellence.
Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices in occupational health.
Manage clinical audit programs to promote continuous improvement.
Requirements: Registered Occupational Health Specialist Nurse with strong management experience.
Proven leadership in Occupational Health.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
