Job Description Oversee all aspects of compliance within the Property department.Develop and implement effective compliance strategies.Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to standards.Lead, motivate and develop the compliance team.Deliver regular compliance reports to senior management.Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and develop corrective actions.Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments within the sector.The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Compliance should have:
