Our client is a global investment management firm.
Due to a maternity within the team, they are seeking an Interim Global Product Strategy Manager to support their growth initiatives across the EMEA region.
This role will operate on a 9 month fixed term contract basis.
The Interim Global Product Manager will be instrumental in shaping product strategies and identifying new market opportunities.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Interim Global Product Strategy Manager help create a product roadmap that aligns with client needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities of the Interim Global Product Strategy Manager:
Develop and implement a dynamic EMEA Product Strategy, focusing on market needs and client priorities.
Lead in-depth market research to support the design of new product concepts and produce strategic business cases for future launches.
Partner with regional and global teams to ensure consistent alignment with broader objectives.
Drive product pricing reviews and manage funding allocations for product growth and enhancement initiatives.
The Interim Global Product Strategy Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:
Extensive experience in market research and product strategy within investment or asset management.
Proven understanding of EMEA investment fund structures (UCITs, OEICs, and / or AIFs), the investment management market landscape, and regulatory environment.
Strong experience using competitor analysis tools (e.g., Morningstar Direct, Broadridge, eVestment).
Proven ability to translate large amount of data into clear and simple visuals/charts; experience with VBA/macro coding to automate tasks would be a strong advantage.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
