Job Title: Interim Financial Controller - 6-Month FTC Salary: £65,000-£70,000 per annum Location: Gloucester What You'll Do: Lead financial operations, including management reporting , statutory accounts , and audit preparation .
Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights through accurate budgeting and forecasting .
Improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
Oversee cash flow management and provide valuable financial guidance.
Manage and mentor a small finance team to deliver results.
About You: Proven success in Financial Controller roles, ideally within SMEs .
Confident in partnering with leadership and driving process improvements.
A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Able to start quickly and hit the ground running.
