Interim Financial Controller

A London market insurance company is recruiting for an interim Financial Controller.

Reporting to the CFO, you will support with the completion of financial reporting and regulatory returns for the European branches including:
Quarterly solvency returnsAnnual operating planAnnual financial statement auditsBranch management account preparationOngoing systems developmentFinancial due diligence sheetsApplicants must be qualified accountants with comprehensive financial accounting and reporting knowledge (in particular insurance accounting and IFRS), with proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement these successfully.
