Interim Financial Controller

Job Title: Interim Financial Controller Location: Sheffield Rate: £500- £700pd (outside IR35) depending on experience Contract Length: 3-6 Months Start: Immediate Reports to: Finance Director RB005 Finatal is proud to be partnered with a rapidly growing healthcare business, backed by a leading mid-market private equity fund, who are looking to find an interim Financial Controller who will act as a right hand to the finance director.
The company, a leading healthcare group based in Sheffield, is in the midst of a huge growth period, expanding their market share in the UK which already stands at over 50%, as well as expanding geographically across Europe and the US with the support of their Private Equity backers.
Key Responsibilities A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role within a high-growth business.
Experience working with private equity-backed businesses is essential.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable but not essential.
