As the company prepares for an exit within the next 18 months, they're seeking a seasoned Finance Controller to take on a pivotal role.They are looking for someone to implement robust reporting, processes, and stakeholder management strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
This will be an excellent opportunity to enhance your Private Equity experience and undertake an exit.To be successful you must have SME experience and have worked within a business with a recurring revenue model.Key Responsibilities:Improve month end reporting.Oversee and enhance financial controls, processes, and systems to support scalability.Manage the finance team, providing leadership and support to ensure high performance.Support the preparation of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAPCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on budget forecasts, financial planning, and cash flow management.Assist with audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Skills & Experience Required:ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.Strong technical accounting skills, including statutory reporting and consolidations.Prior experience in a Private Equity-backed business is highly desirable.
