Interim Finance Manager : £55,000 - £70,000 (Or Day Rate Equiv) : Hybrid / Bristol Company Description Our client is a market leader, based in Bristol, with a strong growth background.
They are looking to hire a Finance Manager.
This position has a crucial role in the delivery of key monthly management reporting and has exposure to critical senior stakeholders.
Duration is likely 6 months, but could be longer.
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Interim Finance Manager located in Bristol, with hybrid flexibility.
The Interim Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's reporting, controls and conducting financial analysis.
The daily tasks will include management accounting, reporting, and financial management.
The Interim Finance Manager will also be responsible for working with senior stakeholders to create and develop financial policies and procedures.
You will also lead a dedicated team of accountants.
The systems and processes do require a strong MS Excel background.
Team leadership is also important.
Qualifications Strong management reporting skills with knowledge of financial systems, controls and processes Ability to conduct financial analysis, and provide insight and interpretation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Team leadership of a reporting function Experience in a similar role leading a team and providing business reporting and support Qualified accountant with relevant industry qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Good commercial acumen Experience in change management and process improvement would be beneficial for the role.
