Interim Finance Manager (Education)

Role:As the Finance Manager you'll lead a small Finance Team to provide an excellent finance service to all areas of the organisation Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operation of the finance function and provide leadership and management to the finance team to deliver the full range of services Working closely with the Director of Finance and key stakeholders, assist and support in the development of a financial strategy Provide an efficient, responsive and customer-focused service to a range of users, including students, staff, governors and external stakeholders.
Line manage staff in accordance with the policies using a proactive approach Assist the Director of Finance with preparing the annual budget, the Financial Forecasting Return and any other financial plans, forecasts and benchmarking returns.
Person:The successful Interim Finance Manager will be/have: CCAB or equivalent professional qualification Evidence of continued professional development Education experience (desirable)
