Job Description INTERIM Commercial Counsel £750pd \n \n Role: Commercial Counsel \n Rate: £700 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35) \n Client: FTSE 100 Hospitality organisation.
\n Location: Hybrid working from home and in Dunstable \n Duration: 3 months \n \n An exciting opportunity for a Qualified Lawyer or Solicitor to join one of the UK's largest Hospitality organisations, as an Interim Commercial Counsel.
\n \n This role will directly support the Legal Director on sensitive legal advice, across a variety of key, Commercial issues.
You will draft, interpret and negotiate major Commercial agreements, business partner across the organisation to advise on a range of matters, support the management of this organisation's vast Intellectual Property portfolio, ensure compliance, and manage external law firms effectively.
\n \n Matters will often cover various legal jurisdictions, and you will work closely with stakeholders across functions and up Senior Executive level.
\n \n \n Requirements: \n \n You will be a Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer, with at least 4 years' PQE.
\n Strong Commercial experience within an in-house Legal Team, for a large, matrix organisation.
\n Experience spanning Contracts, Compliance, and General Corporate.
\n Confident in drafting, interpreting and negotiating big agreements.
\n Excellent communication ability across a wide range of stakeholders, to a senior level.
