Campbell Tickell are working with a not-for-profit organisation who specialise in social housing, seeking an Interim Chief Executive Officer to join their team.

Job Title: Interim Chief Executive Officer
Sector: Social Housing
Location: Home-based
Duration: 3-6 months
Salary: Competitive
Onsite Presence: Predominantly remote (Onsite for meetings)
Start date: January 2025
Key responsibilities but are not limited to: Provide leadership and strategic direction in partnership with the Board and the senior leadership team.
Responsible for managing the Heads of Service, Finance Manager, and Personal Assistants.
Align operations with the organisation's vision and goals.
Optimise organisational structure for sustainable success.
Drive income growth and pursue new strategic opportunities.
Essential Requirements, Qualifications & Experience: Critical understanding of the issues, policies, challenges, and opportunities of the empowerment agenda along with political awareness.
An ability to interpret policy and a strong understanding of the policy-making process.
Effective, confident, and credible networker with a proven ability to communicate and influence across all levels with multiple stakeholder groups.
Demonstrable record of success in providing high-quality, customer-focused services and outcomes.
Proven track record of commercial acumen and ability to generate income.
