This is a particularly exciting position for anyone looking to join a specialist firm with a real focus on intellectual property.

You will be a qualified solicitor with experience in non-contentious Intellectual Property in fields such as IPT, TMC, and TMT, gained at a respected national or quality niche firm.
Experience in Trademark IT and GDPR is also desirable.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Partner, or a Senior Associate with a keen interest in becoming Partner, to head up a department at a great Legal 500 practice.
