Integration Architect Location: London, Manchester, Bristol Salary: Up to £100,000 (DoE) Are you an experienced Integration Architect looking to make an impact with your expertise in designing and optimising end-to-end integration solutions?
A global leading consultancy are seeking an innovative and solutions-driven professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Architect Integration Solutions: Design, implement, and optimise integration solutions for seamless data exchange and process orchestration across systems, applications, and platforms.
Middleware & Platforms: Select and implement integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, etc.)
for efficient communication between cloud and on-premise systems.
API & Microservices: Develop and manage APIs and microservices architectures for scalable, secure integrations.
System Interoperability: Ensure smooth communication between systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, messaging queues, and enterprise service buses (ESB).
Data Integration & Transformation: Map, transform, and synchronise data to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
Integration Strategy & Governance: Define standards and best practices for secure, scalable, and cost-effective integrations.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with development teams, business leaders, and IT teams to meet integration needs and deliver solutions.
Security & Compliance: Ensure integrations are secure, compliant with regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and follow best practices.
Documentation & Training: Document workflows and provide training to teams and end-users.
About You: 3-5 years of experience in integration architecture or software architecture, focusing on enterprise systems integration.
Expertise in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or similar.
Proficient in API design, including REST, SOAP, and GraphQL.
Technical background with middleware technologies, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiar with data formats (XML, JSON, EDIFACT) and ETL processes.
Hands-on experience with microservices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
