At Atlas Elektronik UK , we have designed our Engineering Graduate Programme to support individuals with a passion for Engineering to grow into the next generation of specialists in developing cutting-edge maritime technology for worldwide customers and the UK Royal Navy.

We are currently recruiting for the 2025 Graduate Scheme and invite applications from Graduates looking to progress their career in the Maritime Defence industry.
As a member of our team, you will be given guidance and mentoring to develop your skills in supporting a range of tasks.

Job Requirements: A minimum academic qualification of an undergraduate degree in Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent.
Proficiency in using MS Office tools.
Membership of a relevant professional organisation or working towards Incorporated or Chartered registration.
Key Skills and Experience: Familiarity with submarine and ship systems.
Understanding of engineering processes and documentation.
Experience with quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques.
Awareness of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) including Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) analysis.
Knowledge of project management, budgetary control, and reporting.
Primary Responsibilities: To conduct a range of studies influencing product design to enhance its in-service supportability characteristics.
To identify the support resources required for product maintenance.
To contribute towards the design of the support solution.
Challenges: Application of knowledge and expertise in diverse domains.
Working as part of a team in a changing environment, meeting challenging timescales, and delivering services on time and to budget.
Key Accountabilities: To work closely with the ILS Team Leader and ILS Managers on developing ILS outputs for AEUK's products and systems.
To provide estimated costs and timescales and write proposals to support bidding activity.
To offer solutions to problems using technical knowledge, thinking innovatively and creatively.
To monitor sub-contractor delivery against requirements and statement of work.

Able to apply knowledge and ideas to real problems.
Thorough and conscientious.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Requirements: Achievement of full SC Security Clearance.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
