Insurance Performance Manager - Salary of Circa £55,000 (National) and Circa £65,000 (London) Locations - York, Bristol, Norwich, London, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow Aviva are currently looking for a dynamic Insurance Performance Manager to join our Retail team.

A bit about the job: The role, Insurance Performance Manager, is within Personal Lines Retail, which is one of Aviva's major growth areas, often seen as its 'shop window' and the primary touch point for customers through its advanced digital channels.
We want to be the number one insurer in the market, and to achieve that we need to be ahead of our competitors with how we optimise our pricing and product propositions, with a challenge to grow our business and our market share significantly.
Below are some key parts of what you can expect in this role : Develop and implement proposition strategies to achieve business goals Drive strong portfolio (P&L) performance, by taking ownership and driving initiatives Lead, engage, influence, and motivate direct and virtual teams, to deliver desired outcomes Analyse various sources of information, to make informed decisions and action Work in a collaborative and supportive environment, that thrives on creativity Skills and Experience we're looking for: Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the personal lines insurance market Experience of delivering both customer and commercial (trading) improvements Natural curiosity and desire to drive the business forward Ability to inspire high performance, through excellent stakeholder management skills Confidence in challenging the status quo, leading change, simplifying, and adapting at pace What you'll get for this role : Salary of Circa £55,000 (National) and Circa £65,000 (London) (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications).
Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary.
Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
