Insurance Compliance Officer - Winchester

Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an Insurance Compliance Officer on behalf of our client based in Winchester.In this senior position, you'll support a local insurance broker, through the management, training and continuous improvement of regulatory compliance.
You'll need to have a wealth of industry knowledge, as well as the ability to lead change and manage non-compliance.
Responsibilities: Conduct and support with regular audits, both internal and external.
Provide ongoing training and mentorship surrounding Compliance.
Work as a point of contact for any complaints.
Investigate and resolve any compliance related queries.
Provide continuous support and updates for any compliance standards.
Remain commercial aware of industry changes.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of retail insurance products/services.
Strong knowledge of the UK Regulatory Framework.
Strong organisational, analysis and communicative skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
