Installations Manager - A Challenging, Varied & Interesting Management Role.Based in Leicester, involves travel nationwide.Responsible for team of installers and success of installations.Delivery and installation of plants and green walls to offices, hotels, restaurants.Monday – Friday, 0700 to 1630 with 30mins.
break.Salary - £38,000 - £42,000 DOEThe Role:This dynamic and varied role involves leading the Installations team, managing their daily workload, resolving issues, implementing changes, and driving team improvement.
The ideal candidate has strong people-management skills, is flexible, organized, quality-focused, and excels in customer service, embodying a proactive "can-do" attitude.The role demands adaptability to rapidly changing scenarios, flexible working hours, and occasional out-of-hours problem-solving.
