Position Details: Location : Near Borehamwood, Hertfordshire Position: SEN Learning Support Assistant Hours : Monday - Friday (09:00 - 16:00) Salary : £85-£90/day (inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay) Contract : Temp to Perm Key Responsibilities as a SEN Learning Support Assistant : Student Support : Build strong, caring relationships, creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
Promote Independence : Encourage students' personal growth and foster positive behaviour.
Assist Learning : Deliver differentiated educational activities to help students achieve their potential.
Classroom Assistance : Support the teacher with daily classroom operations and tasks.
Adaptability : Respond flexibly to the dynamic needs of the school.
Holistic Development : Support students' cognitive, emotional, and physical well-being.
Skills & Requirements: Education : Minimum Grade 4 (GCSE) in Maths and English.
Safeguarding : Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
SEN Experience : Prior experience with SEN learners is desirable.
Transportation : Full UK driving licence or reliable commute to Borehamwood.
Compliance : Full-time right to work status in the UK is essential.
