This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-respected team in London.Key Responsibilities: Handling both contentious and non-contentious transactional restructuring and insolvency matters.
Advising on restructuring strategies, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in court.
Collaborating with financial advisors and regulatory authorities to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to client needs.
Supervising and mentoring junior team members (if applicable).
Required Skills and Experience: 3-8 Years PQE gained at a leading law firm.
Strong expertise in restructuring and insolvency law.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to offer exceptional client care.
Experience supervising more junior members is advantageous.
