JOB REF: 7633.• Applications are sought from Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitors with between 3-8 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.• The successful candidate will handle both contentious and non-contentious transactional restructuring and insolvency matters, delivering bespoke solutions to meet clients' needs.• You will also be expected to advise on restructuring strategies, draft and review legal documents, represent clients in court, and collaborate with financial advisors and regulatory authorities.• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.• Experience of supervising more junior members would be advantageous.• The firm offer a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, extensive professional development, health benefits and a supportive work environment.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
