My client is a UK Top 100 full-service firm, with legal rankings and a stellar reputation across numerous practice areas. They are currently seeking a Legal Director up to Partner level individual to join their market-leading restructuring & insolvency team. You can expect high-calibre work advising both corporate entities and individuals, working within a specialist team with great options for career development.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Working on both contentious and non-contentious matters relating to restructuring & insolvency.Advising a broad range of clients, including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, shareholders and directors and more.Supervising and supporting junior team members.Demonstrating and possessing a genuine enthusiasm for the practice area and its ongoing development.To be considered for the role you will:
Possess excellent technical knowledge of and familiarity with contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring law.A knowledge and experience of bankruptcy and post-bankruptcy and trustee issues inherent would be highly desirable, but not essential.Have meticulous attention to detail and be a confident and articulate communicator.
