Shopper Insights Manager Hertfordshire (hybrid) 65k About the role Our clients team are looking for a dynamic insight professional who can lead the creation of best-in-class insights for their customers across the UK Eating Out and Retail industry.
You'll have a passion for using data and research to unlock insights and drive continuous improvement of their insight work.
The team's work includes the creation of market, retailer, operator, channel, shopper and consumer insights to drive growth for their customers.
This includes conducting ongoing primary research with UK retailers, operators and shoppers as well as international Eating Out businesses, delivering major research projects with both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, tracking innovation and best practices across the industry, and creating compelling insight content for their web-based platforms What you bring -Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of the UK food, grocery, and consumer goods industry.
Shopper/customer Insight Experience also needed.
-Deep understanding of industry, research methodologies and interpretation to help the team produce insightful reports and presentations -Strong communication skills and the ability to present to senior stakeholders -You'll have the curiosity and agility to solve problems, encouraging collaborative working and seeking opportunities for continuous improvements -You'll need the ability to communicate, engage and adapt your approach with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders If of interest please do not hesitate to apply!
