Insight Analyst, Social Media

We are looking for a talented and driven Insight Analyst to join our dynamic Insight team at 1000heads in London.
This will be an initial 6 month full time contract (FTC) with potential to be extended or become permanent.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for data, a knack for problem-solving, and a keen interest in understanding the why behind human behaviour, trends, and decisions.
As part of a creative agency, the Insight Team partners with account teams to deliver data-driven insights, helping clients make informed decisions at every stage of their journey.
We support our clients in strategic planning, insight generation, KPI setting, and post-campaign evaluation.
Additionally, we conduct bespoke research projects that dive deep into audience, brand, and category analysis.
Key Responsibilities Collaborating on Briefs: Work closely with Insight Managers to define, refine, and create tailored solutions that meet the insight and measurement needs of our clients.
Deploying Methodologies: Develop and apply research methodologies to ensure accurate and consistent data collection and analysis across multiple projects.
Data Analysis: Utilize diverse data sources, including social listening tools, native platform analytics, and third-party research, to extract actionable insights.
Report Creation & Presentation: Produce reports that interpret data, generate insights, and inspire decision-makers to take action.
Present your findings in a clear and engaging way.
Bespoke Research: Conduct specialized, stand-alone research projects to help clients better understand their audience, brand, and market.
Requirements 2-4 years account handling or client facing project management experience ideally within a creative environment Strong understanding of social media & digital and its impact on global brands - in particular organic social media Agency or related experience essential Able to effectively manage client relationships while delivering projects to the highest standard and on time and to budget The ability to analyse and resolve problems quickly and effectively Able to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity Must have strong listening skills Excellent organisational and time management skills The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye for detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel PowerPoint & Visio Marketing or media related degree or equivalent experience Desired Skills & Qualifications: Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting template creation.
Familiarity with social listening platforms and audience analysis tools.
A sharp eye for detail and accuracy in data reporting.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive.
