Company DescriptionAs an Insight Analyst - Customer Experience you will be responsible for the reporting and analysis of customer feedback including reviews, complaints and surveys.
You will work closely with Operations and Brand / Marketing Teams to help identify pain points in the customer experience.
You will be the catalyst for change and improvements in the Customer Experience in Greene King's portfolio of pubs and restaurants.
