Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including phone calls and emails.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications: Proven experience in an inside sales or similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
Previous experience within IT a plus but not required.
