We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered, and recognized.What You Can ExpectAs an Inside Sales Representative at Zimmer Biomet, you will have end-to-end ownership of all inside sales tasks through direct customer interaction (e.g., surgeons, hospital procurement, GPOs, etc.)
and technology enabled selling.
You will represent a specific product area across the UK & Ireland reporting to the Sales Manager of your region.
You will drive long-term responsibility for our inside sales accounts, making an important contribution to overall customer satisfaction and achieving annual sales growth aspirations.
Finally, you will be part of a pivotal transformation within Zimmer Biomet history, with large resourcing and focus dedicated to evolving our commercial model and embracing Next-Generation Sales ExcellenceThis is an office based role requiring you to be in our Swindon office 2 days per week.
How You'll Create ImpactGiven your end-to-end ownership of inside sales tasks, you will be expected to proactively identify sales opportunities to uncover potential leads and opportunities for growth.
You will also be expected to prepare offers and proposals customized to the specific needs of potential customers, and to negotiate and close contracts with customers.
You will be responsible for developing comprehensive account plans, identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders, and developing activities to present our value proposition to potential clients through digital channels (e.g., virtual demos, videoconferencing, online chat, telephone calls).In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data, including cycle management and sales activities.
You will be expected to effectively engage potential customers and facilitate future business opportunities according to a data-driven approach.Collaboration with multicultural teams and our cross-functional resources will be integral to success as an Inside Sales Representative at Zimmer Biomet.
You will work closely with colleagues from our Marketing team, Commercial Excellence team, Business Units and country field sales teams to leverage expertise, share insights, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.What Makes You Stand OutInside Sales Experience and enthusiasm for leveraging virtual tools/channel for Sales and strong presentation / communication skills over phone & video callsCommercial, customer and results orientation, with an account management mindset and ability to build long-term relationships over timeExcellent communication, oral and written skillsCapacity for multitasking and passion to continuously learnFamiliarity with digital channels and management of standard computer tools from an inside sales channel, particularly Salesforce.Positive assessment of (i) experience in customer care and sales, especially in digital channels; (ii) complementary training in sales techniques, customer care, business skills, social selling and social networksEither knowledge related to medical devices/orthopaedics, or to Inside SellingYour BackgroundBachelors degree (preferably in technical fields) or relevant experienceInside sales experience, additional previous experience in medical devices would be beneficialEOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
