What will you do?
This role is for a driven and hard working Inside Sales Representative, who is not afraid to take responsibility for the order to delivery process for a number of our valued customers.
You will also be supporting the other key internal departments using your process knowledge and customer focus to develop our sales and continue to improve our offering.
Day tot day, you will be the first point of call for our customers, primarily in our distribution sector.
In doing that, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and tickets, ranging from quotations to orders and from progressing to technical advice.
The friendly and supportive team you will be working with are based in Wednesbury, West Midlands and will provid you with the training and information you need to be a real succes here at Fabory.
This training includes SAP, Teams, products and Excel, along with the other tools you will need to undertake the role.

What are we looking for?
You should be a dynamic and customer-centric individual who has a good level of experience in customer service/sales roles.
You are able to understand the customer needs and translate that into clear actions to ensure that we as a company are able to support our valued customers.
You should be able to work under time pressure and be able to effectively handle large quotes/orders and on rare occasions, complaints.
You will be working in a small team, so communication is also highly important.
Desirble skills/experiences: Minimum 2 years customer service/sales experience; Experience of working in the fastner and fixing industry; Be fluent in Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint; It would be ideal to have SAP experience, but this is not mandatory; Technical and product knowledge would also be ideal; Confidence handling inbound and outbound calls.
