Job Overview: Looking to progress your sales career to the next stage, if so, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative based from our Manchester office.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our electronic security products to businesses and organizations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a good understanding of electronic security systems market, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our electronic security products, Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, Sales Development: Identify and target potential clients within the designated market segment.
Proactively generate new leads through various channels, , email campaigns, networking.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
Follow up on leads and quotes to convert prospects into customers.
Technical Support: Provide basic technical support to clients, addressing inquiries.
Collaborate with the technical team for more complex technical inquiries.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression.
Generate regular sales reports for management review.
Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Our Ideal Candidate Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electronic security or CCTV industry.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate electronic security concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
