Early leave at 4.30pm on Fridays Role Description: This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Representative to work at the company's small offices in Horsham as part of a team of 6 colleagues.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for tasks such as customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and order processing.
You will manage your own book of customers for whom you will handle orders from A to Z, including Aftersales.
Key accountabilities will entail growing existing accounts, identifying and establishing new accounts and generating customer quotes.
You will spend approximately 4 hours per day on the Outbound activities which will largely focus on upselling and crosselling to existing or 'sleeping' clients via telephone.
You will also spend part of this time on cold calling to potential customers using Sales Navigator on LinkedIn.
Your profile: A previous experience in a role where you communicated a lot via telephone with customers is a must You are motivated to provide an excellent customer experience by listening and translating customer needs into sales.
You love the idea of working in a small office of 6 people with excellent team spirit!
You are computer literate with previous experience using a CRM.
You are happy to work from 9-5.30 Monday to Thursday and 9-4.30 on a Friday from the office in Horsham.
