Job Description Michelle Denny Recruitment are delighted to be working with Trans Global Logistics, a well-established international vehicle shipping business committed to delivering high quality shipping solutions for their clients including high value vehicles and yachts by sea, road, and ai r.As the business continues to grow, they are searching for a pro-active, motivated, self-driven Inside Sales Executive to join their sales tea m.The company are offering a competitive salary of up to £25,000pa + performance related bonuses, the working week will be Monday – Friday Role overview Reporting to the Business Development Manager, as an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities.
You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate sales and marketing opportunities.
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate product/service solutions.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets Collaborate with the BDM, sales, and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, including some outside sales as and when required.
Assisting the marketing team to create weekly blogs, monthly magazine mass mail shots, social media and web development.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.
What you will have Ideally proven experience within an inside sales role, preferably in the international shipping market, with an eagerness to get involved and learn all there is to know about the business.
Open minded with a will to win with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
An enthusiastic, results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Personable, engaging, punctual, reliable with a positive outlook.
A full, clean driving license.
