An exciting opportunity has opened for an Inside Sales Executive to join a leader in the Embedded Safety and Security software sector.
This role is key to supporting a global customer base across various industries, managing key accounts, and nurturing new business prospects.
The Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in delivering a high standard of customer experience and supporting growth targets through proactive, solutions-driven sales efforts.
Hybrid role, South Bristol.
Requirements Manage a robust sales pipeline and expertly guide clients through each stage, preparing quotes, contracts, and ensuring effective use of CRM tools.
Respond to customer enquiries with accuracy and professionalism, providing tailored support and fostering strong client relationships.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in understanding product solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Meet sales targets and KPIs, with contributions to process improvements and teamwork.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings both in the UK and abroad, strengthening brand reach and engagement.
