As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for initiating contact with both potential and existing customers to generate and qualify leads.
You'll play a key role in promoting the company's range of services, developing tailored solutions for customers, and closing sales opportunities that drive business growth.
Your responsibilities will also include managing a small portfolio customer accounts, with a focus on growth and development.
You'll make strategic pricing decisions in alignment with internal stakeholders, aiming to maximise profit while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Building rapport and nurturing relationships with customers will be central to your success in this role.
The Role: Initiate contact with potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
Develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers through regular engagement.
Manage a small portfolio of accounts, focusing on growth and profitability.
Develop customised solutions for customers based on a deep understanding of their needs.
Make pricing decisions in collaboration with internal stakeholders, prioritising profit over bottom-line pricing.
Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations to secure business.
