Inside Sales Consultant

What you will doOur inside sales team supply quotes, engage with customers to sell and secure orders for labour and materials quotes issued, and process all orders through to our planning team to book in with our customers.How you will do itMake introduction calls to customers to identify needs, complete quotes and close salesProducing quotes to our customers using correct pricing toolsEngaging with suppliersProviding customer service including updates to customersWhat we look forRequired:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with customers and provide a customer first experienceMust be personable, willing to learn and be a team player.Be able to work to targets and KPI's and manage own workloadComputer literate - to be able to use outlook, word, excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)Preferred:Experience working in a customer facing roles, in areas such as retail, hospitality, call Centre, helpdesk, sales and customer services (to name a few)Knowledge or experience in B2B Sales or the HVAC and Fire and Security industry would be an advantageOur CultureAt Johnson Controls you'll have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects in today's market.
